Lori called and we talked, she offered the option of having them try again and see if there were more mice. I explained that we’re 90 miles away and the car is now in another shop getting the problem taken care. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Saint Cloud Toyota has been courteous and personable, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of professionalism in a job poorly done.
