Even though you knew my wife expained it to the girl that comes up to the car she did note what else needed to get done. But yet no credit for some of the work. Outrageous cost for the little that was done just to get a cigarette plug power fixed. The oil charge was a fair price with the coupon

Note the price for what was done is ridiculous. I know for sure I could have had what you did for half the price. Worries me since we were in the pre plan stages of looking into a Sienna hybrid van.

I just tried calling and first the system hung up on me after I got through 3 prompts. Then I called back, went through 3 prompts and asked to speak with Ben Becker. She put me to his office and I got voicemail. This was just before 4pm on Wed 9/14.
