Service was good, service desk employee was nice. They increased price by $10 for this year which is about 25% increase. We’ve never had an issue with the actual service yet so I can’t complain there. Also for getting parts I’ve been please with the pricing and the knowledge of the staff. The labor rate is just a little high in my opinion. More

I appreciated the efforts made to resolve the issue. The brake fluid puddles on my garage floor and the low fluid level were not resolved, although they did two separate pressure tests on the system. A true face mask on the service advisor rather than a thin neck gaiter would be much more respectful and safe. Also, the air freshener in his office is overpowering and obnoxious; I had a hard time staying in the room. I do appreciate everything else about the service department and would recommend to others.
