The service there was excellent. They were up front about pricing and the length of time that it was going to take to do the install of the tonneau cover. I could have not had a worse experience when it came to getting my car done. I went in to get an oil change and it went from taking 45 minutes to over 3 hours long due to the battery being "in the red" acc getting my car done. I went in to get an oil change and it went from taking 45 minutes to over 3 hours long due to the battery being "in the red" according to them and needed changing. They did not even inform me how long it would take. they just had me sitting there for 3 hours long. I have had this car that I got from them for less than 6 months and paid a lot of money including protective service so I am not sure why they would give me a car with a battery that was dying. I was misinformed on when the sales rep sold it to me and in 6 months they are already making me pay for my own repairs. To make it worse, I went up to make a complaint and talk to a sales rep so that they could explain it better to me and he said he would look it up and he left me waiting by myself for over 1 and a half hours and never came back to me. I went up to the desk to ask if she could inform me if he came back and she never even said a word to me where he was. I could not be more disappointed with toyota and if there was such a thing as zero stars I would give it. If I could give the car back and bring my business somewhere else I would never return to toyota again with the lack of help they gave me. Unfortunately I am stuck with them for the time being. The only good thing I can say about toyota is Rob Gable. He helped me get the battery fixed right away and was super polite to me even though he wasn't part of the sales team that sold it to me. For the rest of the people I asked for help, sadly I did not know there names, they were horrible when it came to customer service. I am sorely disappointed in how I was treated.... More
