Terrible service department Went to my 1:00 oil change appt. on June 23rd. Brian Eikmeier told me it would take one hour. Great I’ll just wait in the lounge. After about 20-25 Went to my 1:00 oil change appt. on June 23rd. Brian Eikmeier told me it would take one hour. Great I’ll just wait in the lounge. After about 20-25 mins calls my name and they were done. Great. He proceeds to tell me I owe $83.00. Told him I had purchased the Toyota Care Plus when I bought the vehicle so there shouldn’t be a charge. He tells me they don’t show it. I told him I paid a lot of money for that and you don’t show it in your system? Nope he says. I said he should do some further checking. He tells me to go sit down and he’ll work on it. About 5 mins he calls me back in points to 4 pieces of paper and tells me to sign. So I ask him what happened? He says in a degrading voice....we don’t know you have that you have to tell us. I said wait.....I bought I here and paid a couple thousand dollars for it and you don’t show record of it. Nope was his response and proceeds to tell me it’s a lot more paperwork. Excuse me. It wasn’t a lot of paperwork when I bought it and signed for it. We just moved here from Winona and used Rochester Toyota for years. This place does not hold a candle to them. Will be buying a new Tacoma truck within the month but not from St. Cloud Toyota. More
