Had my Rav 4 in 3 times for a leaky a/c. On the 3rd try to repair the a/c the technician left the a/c drain hose on the inside of the car. This in turn flooded the inside of the vehicle. On the 3rd try to repair the a/c the technician left the a/c drain hose on the inside of the car. This in turn flooded the inside of the vehicle. The first time I called to inform them of the problem I was not satisfied with the solution. After further commination there proposal to solve the issue was spot on. They lifted the carpet to clean, so there was no possible issues left behind from the water damage. They provided a courtesy car during the repair, and they did find the original A/C leak and repaired that as well. There is always going to be problems and its how you handle them that set you or your business apart form others. With saying that, I would 100% recommend St Cloud Toyota. They stand behind there service and will make things right. More

I am so disgusted by my experience. My Prius needed a head gasket replaced, but the shop would only consider a vastly more expensive new engine replacement. Replacing the head gasket is a widely experienced by customers for this model of Prius because they commonly wear out because the internal combustion engine is frequently stopping and restarting to charge the battery. The car was running fine and there was no indication of any engine problem other than the very recent head gasket coolant leak. An honest shop would have provided the option of a head gasket replacement instead of having a money-grab policy of replacing the engine for $11,600 as the only fix offered or trading in the car. unfortunately my car was not vacuumed as I had asked. also did not receive a car wash as I was asked if I wanted one.
