Had the car almost two weeks and the maintenance light and tire pressure lights were both still on when we picked up the car. Had to put air in the tires on the way home and have the light reset at anothe and tire pressure lights were both still on when we picked up the car. St Cloud Toyota Service Dept is the best! They do a thorough checkup on my cars when they comes in for maintenance. In this visit, Dan Pope, service advisor, was helpful in answering my questions related to a service plan on my Avalon — he did some checking for me. He provided me with excellent customer service, and advice. He has also been very helpful in the past when I brought my older Camry in. This service Dept kept my old 1998 Camry “running like a champ.” All the staff are friendly with customers, and “go the extra mile” to provide the best customer experience.
