Service at the Toyota dealership was good but the tire recommendation could be better. The tires that I purchased were to replace factory tires for a 2018 Prius. I got 58,000 miles out of them and averag recommendation could be better. The tires that I purchased were to replace factory tires for a 2018 Prius. I got 58,000 miles out of them and averaged 52.2 miles per gallon. The new tires have made the gas mileage drop to 34-38mpg. I would not recommend these tires at all. The tires installed were DT001-01285-HK. More

Usually they're really great but this time around my appointment wasn't actually scheduled when I was told it was so it had to be rescheduled. When I went in for the rescheduled appointment they offered me a free car wash that they did not do, and there was a leak in my transmission noted on my paperwork but no one ever told me or explained what was going on. It was a very poor experience. More

Our Service Advisor Rob Gable and the crew he had work on my daughter's 2015 Equinox went above and beyond to take care of us. I recently had issues with my car not starting on really cold days, so I knew I needed to get my battery replaced. I was able to get the battery at the Parts area right away, and soon after I went to the Se cold days, so I knew I needed to get my battery replaced. I was able to get the battery at the Parts area right away, and soon after I went to the Service area to schedule an appointment to have the battery put in. Although it was a busy day, Rob was able to get someone to put the battery in within a half hour and I was on my way. Thank you so much guys.
