We have been a loyal St. Cloud Toyota customer for nine years now. In my most recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation, I had grandpa duty that day and had my 5 month old grand daughter with me. Th years now. Personal, professional and efficient. What I want to point out is the care and thoughtfulness of the service department after the truck was done. They took the extra time and effort to pull my truck back into the warm bay to eliminate me having to take my grand daughter out into the single digit temperature. To me, this was above and beyond their duty or requirements. We truly appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness. More

Went in for a oil change. Was told it would be an hour. It took less than that. Was on my way home in no time. However, they forgot to reset the Maint. Req. light. No biggie, I did it myself. The service was timely. The battery was replaced under warranty and I signed a number of documents for the dealership could submit it to corporate for reimbursement, but I was not given a copy of the batt warranty and I signed a number of documents for the dealership could submit it to corporate for reimbursement, but I was not given a copy of the battery work performed. This leaves me with no physical record of the battery replacement and a big gap in work performed on my vehicle. More

I dropped my vehicle off for service, oil change, and tire rotation. I was about 2 hours early but they had everything ready. I received a phone call that my car was done.
