As easy as that! The staff is so friendly, so professional, so knowledgeable, and so helpful. This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! I especially liked to thank Richard Spelling for understanding everything I needed and helping me to understand all the options. He was so nice and made this experience the best ever. I had to drop off my other vehicle prior to picking up my new Lincoln, and Richard even came to pick me up at the other dealer! I have never been treated so nicely at any car dealer and I have been to many. When I sat down to sign the papers, I met with Bob Katz who also was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained all my options in detail. They are extremely organized and detail orientated. I really can't believe how great this experience was. This is my first Lincoln and this might be my last vehicle choice based on this dealership. More
