BUYER BEWARE! One week ago I bought a MKC from Richard Spelling. I found the car online and drove 82 miles to test drive and then ultimately purchase the car. Richard was very pleasant when I spoke to him on the phone, gave him my credit card to hold the car for 2 days until I could get to the dealership. I was very in love with the car and I guess I wasn't "playing the game" pretending I may not buy the car. I had asked several times for interest rates and payment amounts when I was told I had to speak to Andres (the finance guy). He was with someone and my husband and I were told that it would be an hour before he would be ready. When we sat down to go over the numbers he quoted me a 2.9% finance rate with a 66 month payment, by the time I signed the papers it was a 3.9% finance rate and a 72 month payment. YES.....I WAS FOOLISH AND TRUSTED HIM.......therefore, I am warning you NOT TO! Also, my gorgeous car that I purchased has been back to Lincoln TWICE in a week! BEWARE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! More
Kenny Angarita was the best and Bob Katz was also very good. On Wednesday I went with my son who was looking to lease a BMW 3 series or the Ford Fusion. Kenny Angarita convinced my son to go for the Ford. We made a $1800 first payment provided all the documentation needed. We scheduled 10:00am on Saturday for pick up. The paperwork was not ready at 10:00am but Kenny brought the car and introduced us to the car and all its gadgets. 3 hours later the papers were still not ready. We had to leave and told Kenny that we were very disappointed by the lack of support form the finance guy. We agreed to come back on Tuesday but only after Kenny would let us know that the papers are ready. If not we would cancel leasing the car. On Monday Kenny called and said that everything is ready. We came back on Tuesday at 11:00am and met with Bob Katz who was excellent. This is how services should have been the first time. More
