I first met him about three years ago when I was looking to lease my first car independently. He appropriately recommended me for a Ford Fiesta, a wonderful choice for a graduate student on a budget. Occasionally throughout the three-year lease, he would follow up with me to make sure that everything was alright with the car--even well after the initial sale. When my lease was nearing its end, he called me into a meeting to discuss my options. I was pleasantly surprised with how well he remembered me AND my needs for a car. He hand picked a few cars off the lot before I even stepped into his office--making my decision for my second lease hassle-free. Though he encouraged me to look at other dealerships before making my final choice on my current Ford Focus Titanium, the decision to stay with Ford for a second lease term was a no-brainer. Nowhere else would I get the kind of customer service that this dealership has given to me over the last few years. Barry, in particular, has been so helpful in answering all of my questions and making my transition into a new car stress-free. In the unexpected absence of the technology specialist, Barry sat with me for nearly an hour to walk me through all of the tech features of the car, which showed that he was willing to above and beyond his job description. His tutorial demonstrated that he has an exceptional understanding of the features of both SYNC and MyFordTouch systems. Moreover, he made sure that I met the owner of the dealership, further emphasizing how much he cares about his customers and their connections to the ALL of staff. It is easy to second-guess a large purchase, but after working with Barry I have no doubts that I made the right decision. More

Then we went and met with Dan and he showed us all the ins and outs of the new audio system which is great very user friendly.
