We where looking at a used Ford Edge we saw on line for my daughter and called to discuss with Stamford Ford/Lincoln....from over 3hrs away. Mike ran through the particulars then asked I if had an IPhone, I do. He called back and "face timed" with us doing a live walk through of the car, the two way interaction was great...when we arrived this morning for a test drive the car was detailed looking like new out front and ready. Mike joined us for a test drive as he went through the details of the various features, new them all. We had a few concerns, nothing major, which were addressed on the spot. We bought the car, great value as we have been shopping around for a few weeks and....they did a complete service on it before drove off today, same day.....Mike completed all the needed paperwork very quickly including the out of state registration (NY), also sync'd the phone to car for us. Nice comfortable facility as well. We will definitely drive 3hrs one way again with our next auto purchase to Stamford Ford/Lincoln. More

I have never been a fan of any of the car dealers I have purchased from until now. This dealership was right on the mark from when they first responded to my email requesting to be contacted. My sales man, Berry Padqualini, responded to every single question I had promptly. He set up an appointment that was best for me. Upon my arrival for my appointment, I was greeted warmly. Even though Barry was dealing with three other customers, I was never left to feel neglected or ignored. I was given the opportunity to drive the vehicle I was interested in by myself without salesmen "chatter". They allowed me to take the vehicle as long as I wanted and go through it completely. When I got back to the dealership, I really wanted to play hardball with then, but Berry was so professional and polite, plus I fell in love with the vehicle, that I just couldn't. You are always told not to show your hand when dealing with salesman, but everything just seemed so right, that I could not hold back. The vehicle was at the right price, it was right for me, Tony in fiancé made that part less stressful, and they provided me with the total history of the vehicle.. I have never recommended a dealer or salesman in my life, but I will recommend Stamford Ford/Lincoln. It was well worth the 35 minute drive. Sappy, but I fell in love with my 2011 Ford Explorer XLT as soon as I sat in it. Will buy from them again, but unfortunately it wont be soon enough. More
