Car repaired for NJ travelers Our Lincoln MKZ broke down while traveling through CT. We found this dealer online and asked to be towed there. Thankfully they had late hours when everyone else was closing. Chris greeted us and reassured us that their service department would find the problem and fix what a previous service center had not been able to repair. We went home to NJ in a rental car. Early the next morning, Sergio called us and reviewed the issues leading up to the breakdown. Within a few hours, Sergio called back with a diagnosis and verified that we wanted the repair done. He advised that it would take a day to get the part. The next day he called again to say the car was done and ready to go. We went back on the weekend to pick it up. Chris saw us and remembered our problem and helped us with the check-out process. When the car was brought around, it was even washed. We made the trip home without any more problems. They communicated well, diagnosed and fixed the car accurately and quickly, and provided friendly service when we weren't even local customers. This dealer is worthy of a "Best of CT" award. More

Purchase of Lincoln MKZ Hybrid For 8 years now, I have been an Acura owner (a TL and MDX) but after my son bought a used Mustang at Stamford Ford, I decided to shop there for a Hybr For 8 years now, I have been an Acura owner (a TL and MDX) but after my son bought a used Mustang at Stamford Ford, I decided to shop there for a Hybrid (since Acura doesn;t make one). I worked with Barry Pasqualini. We first looked at the Fusion...but then were able to get a great deal on the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. Barry was able to absorb my Acura lease (which had two months left) and give me number that made the Lincoln very attractive. I have driven it now for 3 days...and I am so pleased with it.
