It was very surprising to discover how friendly this F After I totaled my beloved Mazda6 wagon I settled on a Ford Focus Hatchback to replace it. It was very surprising to discover how friendly this Ford dealership is. Clay tolerated me trying out for World Rally Championship in the two cars we tried out. Barry picked me up from the train station, helped me recalculate and explain all the numbers on the pricing sheets, and another man also helped me figure out all the electronics. Most importantly there was no pressure. Options like interior/exterior warranties were presented to me instead of being pushed on me. I wasn't upsold to a new car or anything like that. The pricing was pretty fair. There aren't a lot of low-mileage Ford Foci out there with bumper-to-bumper warranty intact. Traveling farther to get one would have imposed costs to me, plus it was getting cold and paying for train rides to work was getting annoying. The only thing is that I would have liked to know to pull up the seat cushions to get a truly flat load bed. I'm pretty sure nobody pulled them up when they were dealer prepping the car because I found a cigarette lighter back there. More
