Second purchase; great both times This was my second purchase from this dealer, the first being a 2009 Lincoln MKX and this time a 2015 Lincoln MKC. I already had five years of experience with the service department also so I was happy to buy here again. Richard Spelling did a great job showing me the new MKXs and the new MKC and explaining my options to me. Dan Sexton did a great job explaining all the features when I picked up the car. And Dominic Franchella, the owner, always seems to be around and very interested in customer satisfaction. It's nice to see him so involved. I was buying with an executive A code so I have no idea what it's like to negotiate a price there as my price was already set. I was able to negotiate a slightly better price for my trade-in than they first offered, but that was just a matter of raising my trade-in valuation from Fair to Good in the Blue book pricing model. I personally thought it was more like Excellent but they pointed out some minor scratches. More
