Everything was explained carefully and the features of the car were demonstrated in an easily understandable manner! We could not have asked for more! Marco was very patient with all my questions and no pressure to buy or make a quick decision. I felt very comfortable coming back several times to look and test drive. Quick response to all phone calls and emails. Peter has been my service adviser for my older car and I have been very satisfied. It's a very busy dealership but somehow they manage to be attentive. Most amazing of all is Dominic Franchella's commitment to making sure that each customer is 100% happy. I had a situation that was really an issue with Ford rather than his dealership and his solution for me was nothing short of amazing. Very generous and made me very happy. More
