Mr. Perry, Please see below the response to your son’s review: Dear Mr. Nick Parry, I wanted to personally take the time to briefly answer your review. I spoke to you numerous times about your 2012 Ford Focus explaining to you that your vehicle was in an accident after you picked it up on April 3rd. Your Focus was brought in to address a gear problem and was repaired by replacing the Flywheel, clutch, etc. Yes, your vehicle was here for 5 weeks but you knew that the parts needed to repair your vehicle were on back order with Ford Motor Company. As a customer courtesy you were offered a loaner but declined as you said you had the use of another family vehicle. You picked up your Focus on April 3rd with 49,339 miles on it and working. You returned on April 15th after your vehicle was towed in to us with 49,384 miles on it. After inspecting, we informed you that your vehicle was damaged as the front end was pushed into your radiator causing it to leak and smoke. This had nothing to do with our repair on your vehicle. As a courtesy we had your Focus towed to the body shop of your choice that verified our findings.
