Since it was a significant repair, Ford required maintenance records from you, which understandably took some time for you to submit. I know it’s frustrating not having your vehicle on a daily basis but please know that once we received your maintenance records from you, we expedited your repair as quickly as possible. I hope you are pleased that we were able to get the entire repair warranted at no cost to you.
