Based off of my experience working with Paul, he doesn't even deserve one star. He was incredibly slow and unprofessional, going as far as to gaslight me (as a young woman, first time car buyer) for his own even deserve one star. He was incredibly slow and unprofessional, going as far as to gaslight me (as a young woman, first time car buyer) for his own shortcomings. After a week of making me feel like I was the reason my buying experience was not going smoothly, he then lost the spare key to my vehicle (which he didn't mail to me until almost a week later), and left the tracking device in my car (which he asked me to bring back to him so he didn't get the money for a new one taken out of his paycheck). For anyone looking to buy with Stamford Hyundai - avoid working with Paul at all costs. More
