Left a voicemail for the gentleman that I was dealing with in the finance office. 3 weeks and has not gotten back to me. My salesman had no knowledge of the used car I was going to buy. Sonny was the onl with in the finance office. 3 weeks and has not gotten back to me. My salesman had no knowledge of the used car I was going to buy. Sonny was the only one that took car of me. I live in a different state from the dealership. I requested that I keep my plate and the finance gentleman said no problem. However, 2 weeks later I find out that he never followed thru with that and the process started 2 weeks later for my plates. Now I have to wait even longer before I get my registration. That is unacceptable. I think his last name was Jones. I had to drive an hour at times from out of state to get answers and repairs. That’s to much, and tolls.Be careful when shopping at this dealership. Have knowledge when entering the dealer and get guarantees for the whole process A-Z, front to back. More
