Amazing Dealership. I'm from Phoenix, recently retired, and I searched the internet throughout the entire US and needed to find the exact car I was looking for at the right price. I had a budget, a new car and I searched the internet throughout the entire US and needed to find the exact car I was looking for at the right price. I had a budget, a new car was over that budget, so slightly used pre owned was my only alternative. Had about 5 inquiry's going and "Big G" Matt Grisham got back to me very quickly with a simple "out the door" price. It was competitive with the other dealers but theirs were not as fast and simple. I just had a good feeling.... Called the next day and we worked out all the procedures very quickly. I had to fly to Nashville on Sunday, spend the night, and Matt offered to have someone pick me up and drive me to the dealership and hour away. The driver, Jim, was 15 minutes early and we had a very candid conversation on the way to the dealership. As soon as I arrived, the red carpet was rolled out. Matt could not be there as there was an emergency and he was at his father's side in the hospital. I met all the management team and everyone that was going to participate in the sale including Stan McNabb himself. Bud Todd filled in for Matt and we immediately hit it off and got down to the paperwork. Bud worked his magic and made me feel like I knew him as a friend. The car was in immaculate condition, clean, shiny (including the tires) waiting for my orientation. Loaded up my luggage in the back and Bud sat me down in the driver's seat and he in the passenger side and walked me through every feature that the XT6 offers. 45 minutes later, after I assured him I would not be able to comprehend everything and was on information overload, we wrapped it up and he made me promise to call or text him anytime I needed to. I drove back to Phoenix the next 3 days and it it was one of the most exhilarating drives in my life.
