Maybe it was too early in the morning but the staff were not friendly and welcoming. From the moment i called in to when i arrived responses were quick and short as if i was a bother. There were no smiles or pleasantries during my experience. I also asked for my oil not to be changed because i just had it done a month ago. When i got home and checked my paperwork I seen the charge for it. As a manager for of an urgent care i know its not easy dealing with people but i still put my best foot forward despite how im feeling. How you speak to people and makes a huge difference. More
