Rep was good, Management not Went in to make an easy deal. They had the car I wanted, saw it, looked good, went and negotiated a deal. Bad service Every Nissan service center I go to at least have a complimentary car wash or give a coupon to get it washed! Service writer other hand she was nice but other ones just didn’t care that I was standing there waiting to be helped! at least say “Hi someone will be helping you soon as we get free.” makes a huge difference in customer service.
