Overall my experience has been good. On this last visit I had told the scheduler that I needed a diagnostic in addition to the oil change and 150K mile maintenance. Only the oil change made it and I was informed by Laura that she couldn’t get the diagnostic in while I was there. That was disappointing and means I’ll have to schedule for the diagnostic separately. Laura want particularly helpful in this regard…she didn’t seem to care much about it. More
