It has been awhile sknce then- my S60 is a 2001 model year, but I have not forgotten my experience with the service department. And, I can honestly say, Brian, in sales did not disappoint. He was terrific- he went over the sales docs thoroughly and explained the S60 electronic features with patience before I drove my car from the lot.
