On a day that I went in to have my 2013 S60 scheduled serviced, I saw one of the last 2018 S60s' on the Steingold showroom floor and fell in love with this car. However, I was concerned because I had to go away for a few weeks immediately after I saw this car. I explained this to Mike Bernardo and with a minimal deposit, he made sure my car was there and waiting for me when I returned! Although I was not initially shopping for another Volvo (because I already had one and like change) I decided to replace our totaled car with another Volvo from Steingold. Safety matters, especially with young, less experienced drivers. Everyone knows Volvo’s are one of the safest cars on the road. The thought of going through the car buying process again was something I was not looking forward to. One visit to another dealership confirmed what I already knew (and had already experienced first hand). Steingold is the easiest place to do business with and most professional car buying experience I have ever had. No BS. No games. Honest folks who pride themselves in old school customer satisfaction. You deal directly with the owners! No sales manger. No backroom deals. No ‘let me check’ while you wait around all afternoon. Straight answers and upfront, honest communication.
