From my initial call to the receptionist, all the way through to picking up the car, our experience was great. We both really liked Stephen. He treated my son and I with respect, friendliness and courtesy. Additionally, the automobile we purchased was in excellent condition, unlike some we had tested. I feel confident that the car will keep my son in safe, reliable transportation for years to come. Unrelated to the sale, we wandered into the customer service waiting area and were amazed. What a great space! It was decorated well, if felt peaceful, was comfortable, welcoming and well stocked. I would recommend this dealership and I would shop there again. More

Everything was handled by one person without any back and forth to managers and/or finance people. We agreed on the price and the trade-in and the dealer handled the rest - registry, financing, etc. It was quick and easy and I will definitely be buying all my future cars from Steingold Volvo. We were offered a good deal but had to purchase one specific vehicle to get the deal. My husband who researches and compares everything before he purchases, called Steve and he not only offered to match the price but offered us upgrade features and style so that we could get the car that we wanted and not have to settle. Stephen did most of the transaction paperwork via phone and we emailed paperwork he needed on a Saturday evening. He offered to open the dealership on a Sunday morning so that we could close the deal on a weekend for us. This also included a trade in. He had everything ready and waiting for us when we arrived. He and his brother Michael welcomed us like VIP family members! They were honest and true to their word in all transactions. They explained the car and features in detail. We didn't feel rushed even though we were aware this was their day off. Stephen put his hand out to say good-bye and I gave him a hug! I could not have left any other way! At Steingold Volvo nobody ducks behind the curtain to check with their manager just to come back with very little. The family at Steingold is professional and real. The service manager is second to none, clearly understands her job and very pleasant. We are Volvo people, four in the driveway, two S60’s, one XC90 and one XC70. We have purchased our Volvo's from different dealers every time, this will probably be the first dealer we return to. We will use Steingold for future purchases and maintenance.
