Took my 2015 caddy for a recall service on 12/6/21. Started with speaking with Michelle, a lovely lady. John was my service advisor, explained everything to me, showed me the lounge which is very comfo Started with speaking with Michelle, a lovely lady. I’m old and don’t use those new fangled coffee makers so Michelle to the rescue. I was updated on the progress of my car. When it was done, I walked out and really stopped in my tracks. They had washed it inside and out and it looked like a new car. The two men standing by it, assuming they were responsible for it, laughed when they saw my expression.
