I bought a Subaru Forester 6+ years ago at the Stevens Creek Subaru because they had the best price in the Bay Area. So, a month ago when I wanted to buy another one, I had Stevens Creek Subaru on my call Creek Subaru because they had the best price in the Bay Area. William Liu, a sales manager there, was very nice and patient in explaining to me over the phone what they had, the pricing, and the discount. It turned out they had what I needed. When we were there a couple of days later, we had Ben at the dealership helping us through the process and another sales manager whose name I forgot who helped us to finalize the price. Ben was very nice and patient going through the entire process with us from the test drive to the final feature explanation and cell phone Bluetooth pairing. I will definitely recommend Stevens Creek Subaru to my friends. More

Stevens Creek Subaru is a pretty awesome spot if your looking to get a new whip. Im super satisfied with my car (23 Subaru WRX), its been my dream car for close to 20 years and when i bought a regular 20 looking to get a new whip. Im super satisfied with my car (23 Subaru WRX), its been my dream car for close to 20 years and when i bought a regular 2013 Impreza i was not satisfied with the Hp that i ended up selling it 5 years later for a truck. The customer service is awesome and everytime i had a question or wasnt sure of something they had all the answers. The sales department as well were super helpful and got a ton of discounts and upgrades for my set of wheels. It wasnt haggle free but it was worth the haggle. The only reason im giving them 4 stars was when I went in to another dealership they offered 1 thing that i think Stevens creek could benefit, they asked if i wanted to take the Car for the night, the fact that i could truly drive and test everything for a full evening would have gotten me sold even quicker on this car, additionally I could have really tested some power on some twists, straight aways, or even how it feels in traffic. All things that i would deal with on the day to day. The other reason for the star was i went for an oil change at a different Subaru with which my warranties and additional coverages would cover and they could find my added coverages so they asked me to pay out of pocket, Stevens creek said it take 30 days for these to be applied but these should be applied right off the lot. If Stevens creek solves this for their other customers than they are set across the board. still will return and loved coming here More
