This made us very comfortable and more willing to look into the vehicle further, at no time did he pressure us into buying anything. His customer service was top notch, we were also introduced to the Manager and he explained cost, interest and payments. They were very professional and kind, I was worried about my mother and how she was feeling however they made her comfortable and kept checking to make sure she was ok. The process was quick and efficient and I am very impressed with the level of customer service they provided. My mom is very happy with the new car and glad we got to share this experience together. My service advisor, Tommy, was able to take care of finding my maintenance plan (after not showing at first, as this was my initial maintenance trip) and also gave my Crosstrek a badly needed wash.
