It has been a nightmare since I purchased my Venza August 2021. There was a horrible noise whenever you brake. I took it in for service and the mechanic told me that it was normal and that if his guys drove 2021. There was a horrible noise whenever you brake. When I asked to speak to a manager he said he would give me the same answer. Well service just went down hill from there. I finally gave up and decided to trade in my new car for a different car. I called to get my Gap and other insurances reimbursed. I took a half day off, drove to the dealer and was told the only one person that could take care of me had left for the day. I was told I could just come in and fill some forms but when I got there, it was a totally different story. I was greeted by an arrogant guy that just said, you are just going to have to come back. I do not recommend Stevinson Toyota East. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. More
I am black and hate writing bad review on services. But this time I have to because it is the second time that I have been treated so badly for no reason. I took my car for oil change at Stevenson toyota East and stood there for more than 15 minutes before one person came and asked me if someone has talked to me. I said no and he took my keys and apologized. The second time was on 12/03/2021. I arrived on time for my oil change appointment at 9:30 am and my car was taking for service. After 1hr 30 minutes I saw the mechanic parked my car on the other side. I waited for 15 minutes and no one came to tell me that my car is ready. I went to informed them that my car been parked there for more than 20 minutes and asked if they can check me out. Without checking the young man told me that they haven't received my car paper work yet. I sat down again for another 20 minutes and I went back to talk to a lady about the delay. She checked in their paper work box and my car service paper work was there. I asked the lady why do I have to wait 50 minutes to pay after my car been serviced? She told said she didn't know. Her boss who was sitting there eating all the time said I should have come to tell them that my car is ready. I told him I did. Because this man eats all the time and never pay attention to what is going on in his office. I will never take my toyota rav4 there again. More
I made several calls to Stevinson Toyota East the week of 6 Sep 21. The question was simple: how do I get a refund on my extended warrantee on my Prius C? I even sent emails. I take my car there for regular service. This time they broke air box and didn’t bother to tell me until I asked why it took more than 2 hrs from the appointment time for regular service. They then, told me the part is out & will call me within 3 business days. They never did so I called after a week. They apologized and one department blamed the other. Gave me an appoint for about 45 Minute work. I waited for more than 4 hrs before I got my car back. It sacked. More
