My experience with Wes was very pleasurable. Wes was efficient and made sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. Although the noise (whistle sound) that I hear when letting off the a Wes was efficient and made sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. Although the noise (whistle sound) that I hear when letting off the accelerator still troubles me because I have never heard that sound in the two years I've been driving my Equinox. But Wes assured me that he had the service department look at it and they all agreed that it was the 'turbo.' However, that 'whistle' still concerns me.
