I dropped the car at the entrance to the express Lube lane and was greeted by a very nice man who directed me to a service writer. The service writer looked me up in the computer and told me to make myse lane and was greeted by a very nice man who directed me to a service writer. The service writer looked me up in the computer and told me to make myself comfortable in the waiting room. I was only there for about 10 minutes when the service writer found me and advised I was done. Very professional and friendly. More
