I appreciate Geoff very much and the experience with the sales part of my visit but I was told I would receive my license plate in the mail. That was 5/27/23.. Today as I was on my way to turn in my old plate to the DMV I called and spoke to Bethany thank goodness, she checked my bill of sale and found out my plate from the car I sold was transferred to my Honda Civic. I am disappointed to be given the run around for almost 2 months. Thankfully I had a good sales person. Thank you to Geoff. More

I recently brought my 2021 C8 Corvette into Stingray Chevrolet for the transmission flush & filter change that was a complimentary service which needed to be performed within two years of the "purchase Chevrolet for the transmission flush & filter change that was a complimentary service which needed to be performed within two years of the "purchase date" in order to be paid for by Chevrolet. Unknown to me the actual purchase date was when my car arrived at the dealership and not when I actually picked up and signed for the car. However due to circumstances beyond my control (serious surgery and a lenghly hospital stay+doctors orders), I physically could not pickup my car until a month after its arrival at the dealership. When I came in for the service I was initially informed that the time for the complimentary service had expired as I was just a few days too late. However when customer service manager Lisa Rice heard my story she immediately went to the head service manager and got the complimentary service OK'd. At that point my service writer Dorinda Phillips took over and made sure the needed service (plus a few other very minor things) were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I live two hours from the dealership but due to this kind of above and beyond service I will continue to bring my car here for service as well any new car purchases in the future. I highly recommend Stingray Chevrolet for both sales and service. More
