Made an appointment with a person, not on-line. I explained my problem, low coolant which was replaced by them at the last visit. Once I arrive, they can’t help me today. Took about 10 min before anyone came to service desk. Was told 20 min for my oil change. Sat for almost an hr. Then the service tech didn't even reset my oil change in my car. I has to so it.
