My experience was GREAT! My Cadillac had a recall. Everything was great until it came time to pay. There were 2 women behind the counter. I stood there for a good minute before I was acknowledged and that was just to tell me my total. They were more interested in doing paperwork than helping me. I paid was handed my receipt and started to walk away when one of them said I'm sorry ma'am. I guess she noticed my annoyance. Didn't get a thank you, have a nice day nothing. This isn't the first time the person at the cash counter has been rude, but this was definitely the worst. I always hay a great experience at stingray until the payment counter. More

My oil change was done quickly. However, I called ahead of time and asked what the exact price for a synthetic oil change on my specific car would be. I was told it would be $49.99.
