They tried to sell me a new motor???? I had a lifter making a tapping sound on my 2010 Cadillac Escalade with 100k miles. After three days of waiting they said I needed a new motor for $92 I had a lifter making a tapping sound on my 2010 Cadillac Escalade with 100k miles. After three days of waiting they said I needed a new motor for $9200. They charged me $100 for just staring and listening to the noise. I towed it to another shop that diagnosed a bad lifter and fixed it for $1100. I expected to pay a little more to use a dealership because I thought they were qualified to fix my vehicle but unfortunately they were not. More

I was very impressed with the sales team, (Dave Haro) to be specific was my salesm I recently purchased a used 2008 Silverado from Stingray Chevrolet! I was very impressed with the sales team, (Dave Haro) to be specific was my salesmen. He worked with me and got me a great deal on this vehicle. Unfortunately the same day I took the vehicle home, I discovered a problem with the door locks. Having not purchased any warranty I thought I would be out of luck. After contacting Dave Haro he facilitated my return where mechanic (Mike) was eager to help. Mike got my door locks fixed in a very timely manner. Despite the distance (I live in St Petersburg) I would definitely return for any services my truck might need. Customer service is not a foreign concept at Stingray Chevrolet-Plant City. Thanks guys.
