My advisor Jay was fantastic. This was my first visit to stingray. I purchased my truck from a different dealership on 2018. However that dealership was nothing but a nightmare. Just traded my 19 Chevy Silverado in the trade you guys had to swap running boards that you had put on my 19 Silverado to my 22 Silverado and in the meantime one of the front pad on the passenger side runn had to swap running boards that you had put on my 19 Silverado to my 22 Silverado and in the meantime one of the front pad on the passenger side running board got cracked at the end at the end service manager there said no this is not warranty and he would not cover anything anything so I had to buy the new pad at $60 not real happy with that More
I'm not a mechanic but it's literally impossible to properly change the oil/filter, rotate the tires, check air pressure, check fluid levels, safety check, etc in 15 minutes. Maybe you've got a retired Nascar pit crew in the shop? While the 15 minutes may impress some folks and be profitable, it's unrealistic from a long term maintenance perspective. The advisor told me the steering wheel vibration was due to "road force" issues with the tires but couldn't explain road force. Luis ask someone and provided an analogy referring to "springs in the tire" that confused me even more. To the best of my knowledge, no one manufactures tires with springs. The shuttle driver was one hour late to pick me up. I spoke with Luis (advisor) the day before I was to pick up the SUV and agreed on a 9am pick up. I had ask for a 8am pick up but Luis said the shuttle driver started at 8am so we agreed on 9am.Luis did not and had not coordinated with the shuttle driver until I talked with him at 9:45. ( I called twice before I was able to contact Luis/I'm aware these advisors are busy and help is difficult to get these days) Fortunately, Lisa called the shuttle driver (Jerry) and got him to pick me up on his return trip. This delay caused me to be late for my 10am meeting. The services (car wash, vacuum, loaner car, safety check list etc) have diminished while the cost has increased. The display of corvettes for owner/staff use and the custom/collectible cars occupying the service lanes indicates the margins are good. It also indicates the focus is not on the customer. It's a company car but I have discretion on the type of vehicle and where it's serviced. I prefer to have the appropriate dealer service my personal and company vehicles. More
