Took my car to take care more than one issue, and then only thing it was done (hopefully) was the oil change and tire rotation. I advised service of my issues, such as: - a noise coming from under the only thing it was done (hopefully) was the oil change and tire rotation. I advised service of my issues, such as: - a noise coming from under the glove compartment (they told me they fixed and they didn’t, it’s still there) - asked to whether it’s safe or not to remove the “clear tape” covering the flood lights under the folding mirrors, service doesn’t know. - asked if they know if the car it’s equipped with a button in order to turn all of the inside lights at once without having to open a door, service doesn’t know. - asked to why the auto on/off feature doesn’t always work, I was told that “it won’t always work because since the car it’s too long, and if it’s too , the AC must stay on to cool it off”… although it might make sense somehow, I still don’t know if that’s a true statement or not. More

My service guy Francois was great he listened to everything that I had to say that was wrong with my suburban and even though he couldn’t find nothing wrong with it but I called him back on today Au everything that I had to say that was wrong with my suburban and even though he couldn’t find nothing wrong with it but I called him back on today August 25th and talked to him to let him know that the problem was my transmission and what is happening with it so he told me to make a appointment and bring back for a recheck he is a very good service man that needs to be awarded for doing a excellent job with the customer.
