I brought in a 2008 pickup that was driving and running to be diagnosed because I did not have radio the dash the car sent there for 4 days until they told me they would not diagnose it because it was miss to be diagnosed because I did not have radio the dash the car sent there for 4 days until they told me they would not diagnose it because it was missing stuff the radio has nothing to do with the motor but they told me the value of my truck was not enough for them to do a diagnosis on the truck in their opinion.. honestly I didn't care about their opinion I needed to fix my truck.. but it sat there for 4 days before they told me this the whole time I'm thinking it's getting fixed. When I question their opinion on the truck the service manager was rude said it was an old piece of junk and the value of their diagnosis would not be weighed against a 270,000 mile truck. Their customer service was horrendous and the management there is even worse More
