Car was under warranty and it had transmission problems. They flushed the transmission and it seemed to fix the issue. My issue is that it took 8 weeks to get to get into the service center. It sat in the lot waiting because we didn’t want to drive it and damage the transmission. Seems like a simple flush could be handled by ANY certified mechanic. Our service advisor (Rick) as very responsive but he had no authority to push it through. To add insult to injury, the car was filthy after sitting on the lot for two months. You’d think that the dealership would at least was their dirt off the car. More
