2014 Chevy Cruze made engine noise Friday afternoon before Thanksgiving week (dumb luck timing). As soon as I got it to Stingray Plant City the Service Tech "Sorry we are booked solid and can't even d before Thanksgiving week (dumb luck timing). As soon as I got it to Stingray Plant City the Service Tech "Sorry we are booked solid and can't even diagnose until next Friday or later. I had no choice but to leave the car. As soon as the Tech wrote the work order he realized the car was purchased and serviced at Stingray. He then said he'd try to get it diagnosed by Saturday but couldn't promise. I didn't get a call on Saturday and assumed my car would not be repaired for at least 7 days since it was a holiday week. To my surprise the Tech called me Monday morning and said the Exhaust Manifold and Intake Manifold Gasket needed replacement (major work). He then said GM is going to cover all work at no charge to me AND the car should be ready Wendesday evening. I got a call from the Tech Wednesday morning at 11:30am that the car was ready. This response was beyond expectation and will go a long way to stick with this Dealer for future purchase. Unbelievable Dealer Loyalty Experience!!! More
