I was introduced to a newer service advisor through a current Stingray associate and was told I would be taken good care of. Trusting that individual I spoke with Luis Tur and explained the issue with my current Stingray associate and was told I would be taken good care of. Trusting that individual I spoke with Luis Tur and explained the issue with my friends vehicle, Luis listened intently, took detailed notes. Within 2-3 days Luis contacted me to explain in detail what the diagnosis was. I approved the estimate and after receiving the back order part the vehicle was completed the same day which was fantastic news for my friend, Luis’s attention to detail and providing great customer service made me the hero in this event when In fact he was!
