Disappointment. I ended up going to a different chevy dealer for diagnosis of warranty covered issue.. its not the only time this service dept failed to uphold customer service.. seems like once you've m dealer for diagnosis of warranty covered issue.. its not the only time this service dept failed to uphold customer service.. seems like once you've made a purchase, you better pray you don't need anything else. Wow! As have shared already. This was the worst service experience that I have had since going to stingray. The customer service rep at checkout was rude barely spoke to me and did not answer my question experience that I have had since going to stingray. On top of that you rotated my tires, didn’t reset the computer to show which tire was off, and had to take it to a tire place because one tire was 12 pounds low More
