It took three days (9am Monday to 4:30pm Wednesday) to get my car returned for basic service (Oil, spark plugs, battery). Each day had broken promises of returning the car. I was told a technician left in he middle of service to my car to close on a house. Also, the slow service was blamed on waiting for approvals from the lease management company. I was in contact with the lease management company and they assured me the delay was not on their part, because they left a message with the service department approving the work because there was no answer.
