The first time I’ve had bad service coincidently when Joe Platt is not handling things...not a coincidence in my book. Joe goes above and beyond always. Wasn’t like that when you put my new tires on or did it happen when you put my new tires on and that’s why I needed another balancing done? I’m not happy. Dropped the truck off because the radio interface screen malfunctioned. Also to have the transmission repair done due to hard shifting. I got my truck back. Attempted to open the tailgate 2 days later only malfunctioned. Also to have the transmission repair done due to hard shifting. I got my truck back. Attempted to open the tailgate 2 days later only to find out that it did not work. Whwn my truck was "repaired" the rear camera was changed because service said the camera was why the screen did not work? So when the "top notch service department" replaced the camera they did not connect something. I then received a phone call from the service advisor asking me when I had another dealership work on it? I have never take that truck anywhere excpet stingray for anything at that point. The service department is very disappointing! I hate bringing my truck there! The service techs have no clue what they are doing half the time and it shows! More
