Recently my Corvette overheated it was broke down and they were extremely helpful with advice to retain my business at stin professional and helpful. I brought my car in to have my battery checked and it was bad so I chose to get a new one $240.00 dollars later. Can’t believe the dealer charged $80.00 for labor to install a battery and not letting me know bad so I chose to get a new one $240.00 dollars later. I went to Stingray for an oil change. No appointment needed. Just like most, but not all, service departments when I first walked in there were at least 3 advisers doing nothing but none spoke to me. It was obvious I didn't know where to go or who to talk to. Had to wait for another one to get off the phone. He was very helpful and got me set up quickly. After that the service was great. I was only waiting about 20 minutes. The advisor I had was very friendly and helpful. More

They did not check the breaks as I asked, instead I was told when I push the break pedal down it seemed OK. They never address the other item that ONSTAR sent me on item to get serviced.
