Brought my 2018 2500 in for check engine light. Was told 2-3 days, called at 3 days hasn't made it into the shop. Was told they only have one diesel mechanic on staff. Got my truck back Tuesday with a changed air filter and no other report on what was wrong with my truck. Service advisor was rude and snotty ask to be transferred to different advisor and still received a call from her and was told by her she didn't think she was rude. More

I advised it is not and Brandon Nissan has never had an issue looking up the warranty. The service advisor at stingray then said " why didn't you go there?" I advised him that was a good question and to please get my keys. I did not go to Brandon Nissan that day because there was a large screw in my tire causing quite a bit of air loss. I didn't feel I would make it 30 minutes to Brandon Nissan nor would it be safe to travel. I left stingray at 9:30 am, went straight to Brandon Nissan and was done by 11:00 am. I am not one of those people that arrive at a dealership under time constraints. I understand things occur and I likely would have been there 2-3 hours minimum, but to wait nearly 1.5 hours to look up a warranty is unacceptable. When I called stingray that morning I will say Lisa was absolutely amazing. More

Bought several cars there however they didn't have any Bolts for months so I went to Dimmit and from when I bought the car on Black Friday til I had a recall last month it was by far the worst experience Bolts for months so I went to Dimmit and from when I bought the car on Black Friday til I had a recall last month it was by far the worst experience I ever had. Making a long story short, I scheduled my service with Dimmit on a Monday for Friday and when I got there (50+miles and over an hour drive) I sat for over an hour got my free tire rotation and they told me I had to come back as they didn't have the part for the recall. You had 5 days to tell me the part wasn't there so I didn't take a day off. I called Stingray they ordered the part and put it in less than an hour. Will buy the rest of my Chevrolet cars from Stingray even if they don't have it in stock!!! More
