I was told I would be charged $100 service charge just to look at my car then was told it "might" be the battery, it would be another $199 for a new battery "if" that was the problem, I then took my car to O look at my car then was told it "might" be the battery, it would be another $199 for a new battery "if" that was the problem, I then took my car to Oh Riley's where they tested everything FOR FREE..I did need a new battery, I got a new one with a FREE 3 year warranty and they installed it for $160? That's good customer service. More

A two hour accessories install job took two days even with an appointment. I went for a tire rotation and oil change.my experience was horrible. After my oil was changed I was attempting to roll up my widow and leave and my window was broken.
